Can I just say this business saved our trip to Texas! We rented a moving truck and in less then 4 miles of driving a check engine light lit up. They directed us to BIT FLEET SERVICE and man was that the best choice. We had our truck completely loaded and it was not an option to unload. They made this process easy and ran all the scans to find out what went wrong even what the code cleared. They cared abt our safety going on this long trip and had us updated trough text and call through the process. This Job should have taken 2 days but Larry saw our urgency and got the team together to get it done within a few hours. We were able to get on the road with peace of mind that they checked our truck thoroughly. I Would reccomend this business to anyone needing repairs for the small, medium or big. They were great!

I brought my super 10 dump truck for a 90 day inspection, and boy I’m glad I came here. They were super friendly and professional. They greased my truck for free and gave me a discount on my inspection for being a new customer. I will most definitely be back and 1000% recommend them!

Started using this company to fix some wires on my trailers. Now trying them out for DOT inspection and issue fixes on my fleet. So far I am very happy with their service. Its nice to have a fleet service company so close that can also come to my facility.

Road call on Sunday. Needed part from shop, was told would be back by 9 am Monday. Monday - no call, no show. Monday morning, my company called them. Finally, at noon I called, and was told the service tech now had the part, but was home in bed because he worked all night. So he got the part and they said “Don’t worry about it, go home”? Don’t get me wrong, I respect a full day’s work and needing to rest, but could the company not send another tech? Or call with an eta? I’m broken down roadside for almost 24 hours now. Update- They did call out the tech, and I will say he was great. Very polite and even apologetic for the delay. Hard worker. Second update- the tech went to get a part, and apparently wasn’t coming back…AGAIN I had to call an hour later to find this out! Nobody called me. When I called, they were just about to send out another tech to finish the job. Maybe. Who the hell knows. TERRIBLE customer service!

Shop is clean and well organized. Management on top of technicians. Technicians knowledgeable, uniformed and seemed to enjoy the work. Radiator and battery replacement done the same day along with a few other things to complete my annual inspection. They also offer road service. I will be back.
